    Ever since 2nd grade I was the roly-poly kid. Growing up in Germany, my habits were eating bread and mayonnaise, not respecting my body, and giving up. Have you ever noticed that big people always have a big personality? I missed out on personal relationships because I was loud and put it all out there before you got to know me.

    You might think it’s the negative that changes people, but really it’s the positive that changed me. I was tired of hiding and feeling sorry for myself. After I started doing Turbo Jam and realized what I could do, there were no more excuses! It really makes you feel good, and that’s the key to its success.

    If you told me 15 years ago that I’d be here doing Turbo Jam, I would not have believed you. But now I can do anything. I’ve done so much and accomplished so much. I’m not that roly-poly kid anymore!

    I had always been fit and active, but after my pregnancy I gained a lot of weight. I didn’t feel like myself and didn’t even know who I was. Thanks to Turbo Jam I lost 68 pounds and went from a size 14 to a 0, and I feel great! Now I’m fitter, stronger, and healthier than ever!     Everyone in my family is big. It’s in my genes. All my life I’ve been over 200 lbs., and at just under five feet tall, I was a little butterball. I was very unhappy.

    I care for my mom, who is disabled. When the home care nurse asked, “What are you going to do when this happens to you?” I knew I had to do something.

    After discovering Turbo Jam, I feel good about the future. I don’t feel like my boys are embarrassed of me. I carry my “before” photos around with me to motivate me and to show other people what I’ve done.

    Staying slim and fit is a constant battle and you have to fight the battle with the best weapon. Turbo Jam is that weapon.

    Growing up, I was always bigger than my older sisters. I began a cycle of dieting and working out with little results. Turbo Jam was different. I found that when I started doing Turbo Jam I looked forward to working out and starting watching what I ate.

    I’ve lost 45 pounds and went from a size 12 to a 4. My waist and hips are smaller. And you get the most amazing ab workout without ever hitting the floor! Turbo Jam works. I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

    Now for the first time in my life I’m referred to as the skinny girl!

    The change came when I had my kids. I couldn’t drop the weight. At some point you even start to blame your kids, too. It’s amazing what weight can do. It affects how you think, how you act. I just wasn’t happy. I was so sad that I couldn’t just run around outside with my kids.

    There was a voice inside me that was just screaming. I got to a point where I couldn’t handle it anymore, and that’s when I found Turbo Jam.

    When I look back now, I just can’t imagine being so unhappy again. I’ve learned the self-control to not let myself go back there. I lost 71 lbs., I’m a new, more secure person now, and I can’t keep my husband away from me!

    It’s not overnight, but you start to see the difference, little by little, and you know that difference is there to stay.

    When I was overweight, I was afraid to let people in. I was worried how others would perceive me. I built a wall around me, and didn’t make a connection with people. I realized it was time to do something when I was at my doctor’s office. He pointed out on the chart that I was morbidly obese. It was scary.

    I lost 101 lbs. with Turbo Jam. It changed the way I live life. I’m now more active and in my physical prime. Food used to be my outlet, but now I’ve learned to eat what I need to make my body perform better. The progress I’ve made is amazing. The part I really enjoy is seeing people I haven’t seen in a year, and they can’t believe it’s me!

    I started Turbo Jam in February 2007 and followed the guide until July 2007. I lost 26 pounds! After a separation I moved back to my parent’s home for about a year. Needless to say, I lost my means of a DVD player and tried for a bit to “remember” the workouts. After that year AND meeting the BEST GUY EVER, I eventually gained back 22 of the initial 26 pounds lost. :( HOWEVER…I am starting back with the series TODAY, September 14th, 2009. I’m starting at the advanced level for two reasons. One, I’ve done the series before and two, I’ve been going to the gym for several months now.. I feel I can start at this level. If not, I will go back to beginner. GOOD LUCK everyone!! Continued sucess and I hope I am back to where I was 2 years ago! Cross your fingers!!

    I started doing Turbo Jam two years ago and I absolutely love it. There is no gimmicks…. Chalene is very clear in message that it takes “Hard Work”. I began my journey wanting to lose weight for my wedding… I started at 200lbs and ended at 150lbs. WHAT a DIFFERENCE. This has been amazing for me, ever since I lost all this weight my life has went in an upturn. I am more confident, I have a better job… etc. I love this routine and many others should jump aboard!!!

    I started Turbo Jam in the summer 2006, but wasn’t ready to commit to losing weight. So for the next year and a half the DVDs were left to collect dust. In 2008, I was finally ready to commit. I didn’t want to feel like the fat girl on campus anymore. With the help of a nutritionist and daily Turbo Jam workouts (sometimes 2x a day) , I lost 85 lbs. My confidence and self-esteem has reached a peak it has never reached before. I love Turbo Jam and when people approach me about how I did it I give Turbo Jam the credit it deserves.

    I LOVE Turbo Jam. Im 20 and I was given it a few years ago to try. I do the Burn and 20 minute workout, one of those every morning and Im losing weight so fast. Its fun, the music is awesome and it gets me pumped for the day. Plus, Im a New Zealander, living in NZ and its awesome to see Anarita on there. Thanks heaps Chalene for an awesome workout.

    I was in a very serious accident and I have 1/2 knee, metal rod for a femor, and 4 screws in my hip. I also just had 2 kids that are only 13 months apart!! AUGH!! so needless to say I gained alot of weight from the babies and working out has never been easy for me from the accident, but with this workout it is so helpful that they have two girls doing the low impact version. It has been very helpful and it makes it easier to ease into the harder version of the workout. I have only been doing Turbo Jam for 4 weeks now, but have already lost 15lbs.!!!! That is awsome for me. I am looking forward to keeping this up and loosing more!!! Challene really makes it fun and definatly keeps you motivated.
